Hey there, I’m Roxy and I am a Personal Trainer based in East & West London.
I’ve always had a love for sport and fitness (gymnastics is my favourite sport, and I used to compete in competitions when I was younger). However, after sustaining a serious ankle injury, coupled with working a sedentary office job, I became very out of shape and unfit, and really struggled to shift the weight I had gained. However this all changed when I took on an admin job within the sports department of a great college. I felt so inspired by the students and my colleagues, it really pushed me to get on track to improving my fitness levels, getting into shape and overall developing better self esteem.
It definitely was not easy to begin with, it was a very gradual process for me to fall in love with exercise again, so I am fully aware of how challenging it can be to push yourself to start or to get back into exercising. By the time I had eventually reached my fitness goals, I had found exercise so enjoyable and uplifting again, that I then wanted to help others to achieve their goals too. So I quit admin work for good, studied hard, gained a variety of fitness qualifications, and began working full time in fitness and well-being roles, years later bringing me to where I am today!
I believe the fundamentals to having a great exercise session are hard work, patience, variety and fun, which is what I strive to bring to all of my classes. Our workout plans will always be personalised and catered to your targets, preferences, ability and needs - whether your goals are weight loss, fitness, strength or endurance based, I will happily help you towards achieving them. You can be a beginner to doing workouts, an experienced person wanting to be pushed further, or simply someone who wants to get a bit of their mojo back, either way I will create and deliver sessions that are right for you.
I love meeting new people and am so passionate about physical and mental wellbeing, and in return for your trust in me, I will provide you with sessions that will make you sweat, laugh and most importantly leave you feeling empowered!
