'My experience with working with Roxy was over a period of 6 weeks. I was a bit tentative and nervous about what to expect at first but Roxy really made me feel at ease. The sessions were varied and enjoyable and Roxy was really supportive throughout. She gave great warm ups and really pushed me to my limits. There were regular intervals where my body fat and other statistics were checked, she reviewed my meals, and I was also given additional training sessions to do in my own time. ‘Roxy used to be my gym instructor and I was so impressed with her way of teaching that I asked her to PT me over the summer as I wanted to shift some lockdown and WFH weight and I really needed that extra push to get me to a place I was happy with. I cannot recommend Roxy enough, she is one of a kind. She has a great mix of being super fun to be around but also gets the job done. She is very knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition and has a great eclectic music taste! She would always push me past my comfort zone as she knows I like a challenge. I always finished a session with her feeling like I was on a high and having exceeded what I felt I could accomplish. I will continue to use Roxy in the future as I think she's one of the best PT's out there.’
